Client identified there were several issues with their building controls but didn't know where to start.


Pilot assessment of point 3 provided clarity on their compliance position, now fully engaged with the full Five Point Plan.


All stress and uncertainty of what to do for the best was removed. Clarity on current position and a cost efficient improvement plan.




Client was suffering trade disruptions due to a number of large dilapidated Asbestos roofs leaking.


Concerned with the specialism of asbestos removal and required controls coordinating and delivering IEM was approached.


Through working with our trusted supply chain partners, works were delivered under cost, efficiently and with no disruption to the trade warehouses.

Client commenced  operations in a new building, there immediate priority was building compliance and working facilities.


Full assessment of point 3 provided clarity on their compliance position, and associated remedials.


Now fully operational with the compliance under control and the project remedials delivered, the business can utilise their new building to enable growth.
